  • All invoices are due upon service completion, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

  • We accept cheque, e-transfers, and other agreed-upon payment methods.

  • A deposit may be required for installations and large-scale projects.

3. Liability Disclaimer

  • CMS Heating and Cooling is licensed and insured in Ontario.

  • We are not responsible for issues resulting from pre-existing HVAC system damage, improper maintenance, third-party modifications, or failure to follow manufacturer instructions.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their home meets electrical and ventilation requirements for HVAC installations.

4. Warranty and Repairs

  • Our service warranties are outlined in our Warranty Information page.

  • Any unauthorized modifications to installed equipment void the warranty.

5. Compliance with Local Regulations

  • We adhere to Ontario Building Code (OBC) HVAC requirements, TSSA regulations, and Waterloo Region by-laws concerning HVAC installations and environmental safety.

6. Changes to Terms

CMS Heating and Cooling reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of any changes.

Warranty Information
